If you are talking about darker spots in the sky (on the negative) these are
probably caused by a "dimple" pattern on your pressure plate ... especially if
you experience this effect with both D-76 and Rodinal. Bubbles would cause
underdevelopment and a clear spot on the negative and thus a darker spot on a
print.
