The Army changing bag isn't quite that big--perhaps a little over 1
meter square plus the sleeves when its laid out flat--but it does have
double thicknesses of heavy, rubberized fabric.  It must weight
several pounds...er, I mean kilograms.  I don't attempt to use it in
the field.
