I think I mentioned this before ... but when I asked Kodak UK about the
16mm IR film they said it could not be exported from the US because it was
'military sensitive material' and that's before they mentioned the gigafeet
minimum order requirement. So us poor Europeans don't stand a chance!
Maybe John Wayne used it to overfly areas looking for camouflage ... the
dead leaves in camouflage netting would look dark under IR so you can see
where the enemy are.
