Of course, this depends upon how he's metering.  If he's not metering
through the filter (2 stops) then he's within 1/3 stop of EI250.  Even
if he is metering through the filter, appropriate development can
compensate without a problem.  Through the tests I'e performed, I've
found that HEI can appear finely grained when "overexposed" (in this
portion of my tests, I exposed at EI64).  Exposure at EI1000 results in
low contrast, high grain images.  I love the versitility of this film.
