Lets see: 
32 ASA without filter (Konica sheet)
onboard meters are insensitive for red, most require +1
makes 64 ASA

By putting your camera on 100 ASA, you are only 2/3 stop off my
calculation. I'd call that close....8-))
Note that the 12 ASA for red is ment for a hand held
meter, or metering *without* filter....

Check how many stops light loss your camera meter reads with a red 
filter....if it is more than 3 stops, my calculation holds even 
better....;-))
