Ha! Another frost bite nut!...:-))
I am also hooked on shooting HIE in snow clogged landscapes, albeit 
only during the day. Curious to see what you achieved in moonlight!
I always carry a PhotoTrekker when I am skiing, the pic's are somehow 
even more impressive than those taken on a hot summer day. Think it 
has a lot to do with the absence of sky -dust and -moisture in both cold 
wheather and high altitudes.
