Konica IR doesn't extend as far into the IR range as Kodak.  Expose in
the neighborhood of EI10 with a #25 filter.  Of course, IR filters can
also be used.

The opaque filter should work just fine.

Focus, then turn the knob back slightly.  This is the method I use when
using my Crown Graphic and it works just fine.  You won't run into any
problems unless you open the aperture and shoot close.
