In Laurie White's "Infrared Photography Handbook," she shows a photo of a
Saguaro cactus on page 89. It was in direct sun, (front light), and
appeared white.
She does not specify what film was used, but early in the book she states,
"experience has demonstrated that the Kodak stock is more versatile and
pictorially pleasing." It looks like a Kodak moment to me.
