Joe -
(typical disclaimer concerning differing opinions on developer times
left out) What EI? I have tested Rodinal with HIE (I'm assuming you're
talking about HIE) and found 1+75 70F 7 min to be "about right" when
shooting at EI250. The next time I develop a roll with Rodinal I'll use
a 1+60 dilution, as I think that that's a bit closer for my tastes.
