Murray - I think you got it reversed. Since Bob's metering *without* a
filter in front of the lens ("bare" metering per Robert Long's great
suggestion for clarifying the confusion :-), his effective EI after
subtracting filter factor or "TTF" would be 6 using #15 orange filter.
