The version with just acetic acid should be valid.  There's a formula in
Steve Ancell's book that includes only water and citric acid.  The acid
part is the important thing.  

The MSDS sheets that come from the product manufacturer will be
accurate.  They have to be - if it's not they're breaking the law.
