I just tried calling to get my name off their database and found out
that all such requests must be made in writing. They are requesting
that people send their full name and address with the request to remove
your name from the database via email, fax or US mail. The email
address is p-trak@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The fax number 1-800-470-4365.
You can use the US mail address given below with "Attn: P-Trak". The
new number to call to speak to a representative is 1-888-965-3947.
Here is a piece of some email from LEXIS-NEXIS responding to the
claim. You may want to reconsider bothering to send email to
LEXIS-NEXIS (I didn't and this is what they sent)...

[..stuff deleted..]
Incorrect information is being distributed on Internet newsgroups
regarding the data displayed in LEXIS-NEXIS' P-TRAK file. P-TRAK is
like an electronic "white pages." The only information displayed is
the name of the individual, current address and up to two previous
addresses and telephone number. In some cases, the individual's
maiden name may appear and as well as the month and year of birth.
That is the ONLY information displayed in the P-TRAK file.
