The Konica Hexar has automatic IR correction for its AF system (this is a
$35 upgrade or is included in some of the "special" editions.) This was
one of the reasons I bought it. When you load IR film, you have to tell it
if it is Kodak or Konica IR, because it uses different focusing corrections
for each of them.
I would assume that Konica knows what it is doing in this regard, so it
would appear to indicate that there are different focusing points for the
two films.
