Where is that RF that can focus and compose accurately with a 200mm tele? 
Or one that allows using a T/S lens without a tripod....

RF's are a good solution, but not for all purposes. I love the fact
that my Horizon 202 panorama camera is a range finder
camera....wouldn't have made such nice pictures while skiing with a 
#87C filter otherwise! 
There is a lot of gain in focal plane filters....
