The tape-on/glued-on method does work, but the procedure to attach
and remove the filter spring to the camera requires something more
scratch/bulletproof than that. My first 87C prototype is also a glued
on piece of cut down resin, but is is far from sturdy or fool proof.
Not to mention the fact that storing such a filter isn't foolproof
either....
A #25 solution is planned, but right now I am collecting all kinds of
colors in square sizes, to have a large batch of discs made with
relatively little overhead and setup costs. I strongly feel that an
UV-pass filter should be part of the program too....8-))
