Since you're in the U.S. I'd recommend B&H in New York.  Their
catalogh lists a fairly wide variety of types and brands, though the
prices are staggering to anyone who can remember when filters cost a
couple of bucks.  They have no web site, but they do have an 800
number: 800-947-9970.  They are closed through October 6.
