ISO for IR Ektachrome in tungsten lighting?

Question 1: This is one of those irritating little bits of information
that I know I've got somewhere and I just can't find it! When I use
Infrared Ektachrome in daylight I set the ISO setting at 200 and use the
TTL meter with a deep yellow filter (usually). But what do I set the ISO
on the cameras' meter for when I use tungsten lighting? I think it
should stay the same but I can't be sure.
Question 2: What ISO adjustment do I use for Hodak Hi-Speed Infrared in
tungsten light? I think I should roughly double it but I can't remember
where I got this from.
Thanks for any info. You can see I've led a sheltered existence so far,
daylight only....
