Hello Group!
Well the book arrived yesterday and may I say that it is in great shape. It is
obviously "old" but all the pages/spine are in tact (the glossy kind). 472
pages cover to cover (6x9 book). This may be a time consuming copier job <g>.
I haven't looked at the book in detail yet and will do so this morning.
