Rocky Mountain Film Lab, in Aurora, Colorado, USA, does IR Ektachrome
in E-4 for $19.50 per roll, including processing, mounting, and
return shipping. No minimum charge. They also do all the B&W=20
infrared and technical films. Call 303 364 6444 for a price list.

Rosalind- Try Pinkey's Photo Service in Arkansas. $17.50 per roll
processed &
mounted, with no minimum. It can take up to a month to get the slides
back
though as they process in batches of 8 rolls.

As to your other question, as of yet nobody has seen this=20
E-6 IR film yet, so you and your friend are stuck with the=20
E-4 batch. The only place I know of in the U.S to have it
processed is : Rocky Mountain Film Lab

Aurora, CO 80010

Just include a letter explaining what you want (ex. Please
process, cut and mount this roll....) and a check for $19.50.
This fee includes return shipping, it generally takes them a=20
few weeks.

The above information consitutes anything *BUT* an endorsement,
however, since I have had more than one unsatisfactory=20
experience with the way they hanle film (e.g. processing marks,
etc...)

Last time I looked there was one on Cor's homepage. <blush>
