Tammy: a suggestion on note taking: get a small micro cassette recorder
(not a mini cassette). Fits in your shirt pocket, lets you dictate
notes. You will say stuff you'd never bother to write down. You can even
get them voice activated so they only record as you speak. I use them a
lot, especially if hiking, or in dark slot canyons. Target sells some
Sony brand for $30 to $40 range. When slides come back, play the tape
back and then write down anything pertinent.
