That, if I'm not mistaken, would be "The 4th Man", directed by Paul Verhoeven,
of "Basic Instinct" and "Showgirls" 'fame'.
Another non-english language file is "La Dolce Vita" by Fellini, the movie
which gave us the term paparazzi.
