.clinging to a religion is maybe to strong, but I happen to like D76, and
I more or less finetuned all my B&W work on it (although "less" should be
attached to developping HIE, no surprise for most of you..). For me its
more important that I keep everything as standard as possible, to be able
to concentrate on the resulting image, not on testing all different
film/developper combination. That doesn't mean that I don't experiment,
or are not open to suggestions, it just means I want to spend most of my
available time on "producing" images, not on endless testing...
But if D&^ gets out of production, I'am sure I'll find an alternative..
