Is Konica IR750 available in bulk 33m X 35mm ?

Is Konica IR750 available for bulk loaders like TechPan ?

Also, is Tech Pan considered near IR film?


1) What are the advantages of Konica IR750 over TechPan that would
   make Konica IR750 the film of choice for Agri/Photographers.

2) Any recommendations on the use of HC110 on Konica IR750 ?

3) Is Tech Pan 2415 used by Agri/biological photographers for 
   diagnosis of plant health, etc?
