Colour Infrared

I just bought a roll of color infra-red ektachrome (E4) film.  Since I have
only the one roll, and processing is going to be difficult (see second part
to my question), what is a good EI to use with the film, assuming I am going
to be metering through an orange (G?) filter.  Are there better choices for
filters?

Where can I get this film developed (preferably in Canada)?  Is it possible
to use E6 with it?  Can it be cross processed in C41?
