One problem with 70mm is that it can come perforated (sprocket holes along 
both edges). As a result, it is considerably wider than normal 120/220 
film. And yes, it can be bulk loaded. We just purchased both 100' and 150' 
lengths of both B&W and Color IR which we will load into 15' canisters.  We 
haven't tried it yet so I cannot comment to how difficult it is to load, 
but I'm hoping it's not a big deal.

The Canadian Forest Service will cut 70mm color IR film to 220 (don't ask 
me how), but this is for specialized Forestry use and not available to the 
general public.
