Stop right there! I have discovered in my admitedly limited experience with
IR photography, that many black materials do not photograph black under HIE
film. So if I were you I would do some testing of the clothes your friend
is going to wear before commiting to the project. I once did some figure
studies with HIE film of a model against a jet black velvety like material.
It came out almost pure white. I could barely make out the model against
the backdrop.
