Willem, you are correct. E-6 is E-6 and any lab using E-6 chemistry can
process the color infrared when the switchover is completed in April. I
imagine the cost of the film might be lowered also, but I wouldn't count on
it. You also are probably right about the processing back in 1978. It
probably was still E-4, but Kodak was using E-4 chemistry then and were
processing the color infrared.
