Yes, Kodak has a good PDF document available on their site.  Too much to
copy here, but they recommend for C.I.=.58,  8.75 min at 20 deg. C. diluted
1:1.  Contact me direct and I can email you the pdf file (requires Adobe
Acrobat Reader).

I've used the developer, but I have only now picked up some HIE (its been
backordered here in Canada) so I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.  I
have also picked up some of the Ilford SPX (?) pseudo-infrared film.  Any
hints on exposure etc. using a 25R filter would be appreciated.
