You may have thought of this, but have you tried using alatex, or even a
leather material
for your Goth-Girl shoot. That should end up in a black look on film. Also an
old trick
I've used to create a ghost-like look regardless of the type of film used, is
to frame your
shot then just before you snap the shutter, exhale on the lens, and look
through the 
view finder. Then snap the picture when you feel it looks right.
