I agree with your observations very much. When I shot Konica IR under
tungsten studio lights at ISO 50 my negatives were "bullet proof"
as we say in the U.S. I'm not surprised you ended up with a working ISO of
200, but I'm curious what type of camera filter you used and how you
metered the light. (TTL? Handheld meter?)
I'd go as far as to say that Konica 750 exhibits a better IR effect
when used with tungsten atificial light than outdoors. I suspect this may
be true for the new Ilford SFX200 near IR film as well. If you want to
see some of my experiments with Konica and tungsten lights, check out the
IR gallery page. Perhaps you could suggest some sites where I can view
Finland's photography on the web.
