Michael-patrick, many people own my book,The Art of Infrared Photography as
it has been in print since 1984, and sold well over 30,000 copies. It has
helped many photographers get started with infrared photography and I receive
mail and E-mail daily complimenting and thanking me for writing the book.
Just because it doesn't seem to suit your  particular needs  is no reason to
knock the book.
