Oke there you:

I used the time&temps at WJs homepage for TMAX and then 
added 2 min for HIE exposed @200ASA TTL readings. I got 
nice contrasty, not too grainy negs although  I think 
adding two minutes was a bit too much. I'll try again 
soon, hopefully this weekend.
