The caveat here is that the already grainy HIE will have its grain
embiggened (sorry, I just finished watching a Simpsons rerun <g>) with
Rodinal.  There are cases when this is desireable.  Additional caveats
concerning differences in shooting and developing styles, etc., exist
also.  So noted, when shooting HIE at EI250 I tend toward Rodinal 1:75
70F 7 minutes, developed in a tank with intermittent agitation.
