It gets active in spurts--whenever a provocative subject is raised.
In the beginning, some members objected that there was too much
activity to keep up with; at other times questions have been raised
about whether the list might have ceased operation.  Try asking wether
Konica IR is more like HIE than it is like the Ilford/Agfa "extended
red" emulsions, for example, and you may keep your mailbox full for a
couple of weeks.
