My first try at posting this reply appears to have shown up as a blank
message so I thought I'd resend it. I hope that this lost message
syndrome can be corrected soon. (The reply to my question about
developing Konica 750 in HC110 also turned up blank. I still need this
information.)

As far as I know, the coatings on lenses do not correct for chromatic
abberation. Rather they are there to reduce internal reflection and lens
flare. Chromatic abberation is I believe dependent on the lens design
rather than the antireflection coatings used.
