new Kodak Ektachrome color infrared film

I just got back slides from the new Kodak Ektachrome infrared film processed
in E-6. I'm happy to report that the color shifts with various filters is the
same as the old film and contrast and color saturation were excellent. At
this point a local lab processed it (they were alerted it was infrared and
turned off the machine's infrared sensors), but Kodak is working on getting
one of their labs set up to process the film. Their lab in Fairlawn has an
infrared splicer that can't be turned off. The lab in Texas will probably be
able to do it, as their machines I believe only have infrared sensors which
can be shut off, otherwise the film would be ruined(all images would turn
crimson red).
