TLR's and handling IR 120 film in darkness.

I have some old TLR's which require the paper wrapping to be wound to a
certain point in the camera before proceeding. If I try to load in a
changing bag, I can't see the marks.
Do Konica 120 film rolls require absolute darkness for loading and
unloading a camera? Or does the paper wrapping take care of the issue?
