Please read the following instructions carefully (ALL of them!), and
store it in your archive at least *once*, not reading and storing it
is sufficient ground for spanking!....;-))

You just have subscribed to either

(all list messages are send to you directly)

(all list messages collected in one single email message, send out
to you at least once a day)


- To switch from Real Time to Digest vice versa, you must unsubscribe 
from the old one and subscribe to the new one, in other words send:
