OOOPS...should be 0.3mm (2.97E-1)!

Looks like a 0.2mm hole is OK with an optimum hole size of 0.3mm.  In
fact, this would be too small of a hole.  Hand drilling the hole to 0.3mm
will be tough enough I imagine.

I think the rest of the original post is correct, but I'd recommend
checking the math for yourself.  I scribbled this out pretty quick.
