It depends upon what formula one uses to determine the size of the
pinhole - my chart gives me 0.23mm, so we're in the same ballpark. 
Making a hole this small is not really much of a problem.  As a matter
of fact, I made one (0.20mm) just a couple of days ago for a film
cannister camera.
