KODAK EKTACHROME IR FLIM

I have just stated to use IR film .........................
Can anyone give me same info about KODAK EKTACHROME IR FLIM...

I'm Using a Canon EOS 650 with a 35-75mm lens and 300ez speedlite
flash......The IR filter i'm using is a hoya IR (R72) 720nm.

Q:

Can the film be used for night shots e.g. R72 filter on lens and using above
flash?

Q:

During day and night photos must the camera be refocused to the red lines
marked on the lens?

Q:

I know that the film must be loaded in full darkness.... BUT:  to unload the
film is it the same case if the film roll is fully rewound with the camera.
