For those wanting to experiment with different filters with EIR, maybe
this will help. These are based on my use of the old IE, too, for that
matter and now subject to reevaluation.
When using a #25 red or a Sepia #2 from Tiffen, I usually stop down one
whole stop from what my camera's meter wants me to shoot at. This
gives a darker slide, which I think looks better with the colors involved. I
have yet to try the Sepia on top of the usual #15 deep yellow, #13 green
and #25 red, but mixing filters always gives interesting results.
