If you insist upon using Rodinal, you can try 1+75 dilution 70F 7
minutes for EI 250 metered through a #25 filter. You will get grain the
size of Jupiter.

It isn't going to get as striking as HIE. I've used a Hoya R72 filter
(cuts at 720nm) with this film and it works very nicely.
