I was able to locate only one infrared emulsion that comes in bulk. That
would be Aerographic 2424.

Is this the same as High Speed Infrared?
Infrared sentitivity the same?
Any unusual problems bulk loading it (other than the obvious?
Is the pitch of the sproket holes somehow different than what we're
accustomed to on normal 35mm cameras?

It would appear that many more choices are available in HIE but that is not
my interest.
