Re: 70 mm film

What is the actual negative size of 70 mm IR film? I understand that it
has 35 mm sprocket holes, the same as 35 mm IR film. 
So is the size 70 x 24 mm? Some sort of panorama view? I am asking this
question in connection with the 70 mm back for Bronica. It is still not
clear to me
