70 mm back

Hi all IR-friends!

Many thanks to everybody, who made efforts to teach me  about 70 mm
film! Im again a major step forward. However the following problems
need to be solved:
1.  How to get a 70 mm back for my Bronica ETRSi 645 camera. (Willem
Jan, do you have a suggestion?)
2.  The same applies for a 70 mm development tank ( I think I prefer a
steel one)
3.  Where can I buy metal Kodak cassettes for 70 mm that fit inside the
back? Is it useful to have some extra cassettes?
4.  As the back is bigger than the standard one I cant properly look
through the prismfinder eyepiece. So I need a 90 degree angle eyepiece
to fit on. Where to get?
5.  I presume 70 mm Kodak IR film is available in Holland. Do I need
type II?
