Thanks to all who helped answer some of my many IR questions.
I thought I'd share some of what I learned.
According to Kodak EIR should be developed AR-5 for scientific work.

The area code has been changed from 513 to 937.
HAS charges $30 a roll to develop EIR plus $5 to mount. They have a $50 =
minimum order.

The missing last digit of the phone number is 0. They charge $25 a =
roll to process EIR. I don't know if this includes mounting. They also =
have a $50 minimum order.
I called around about the possibility of home processing AR-5 but Kodak =
doesn't offer small amounts of the chemical so a minimum order for the =
chemical would be around $700 and AR-5 is very sensitive to temperature =
and requires the bath to stay within =BD a degree F of the required =
development temperature so it is very unpractical to home develop.
