I develop my HIE in HC110, 1:11 -- 5-1/2 min @ 68degrees. The tonal range is
excellent and full and the grain more than satisfactory without being
excessive.
BTW- at the present all of my HIE shooting is done with an old Olympus Wide-E
rangefinder armed with an 87C filter that stays on all the time. The
metering is great, HIE rated at 100, using the chosen ev ratings plus and
minus 1 stop either way.
Good luck on your HIE shooting...the only way to fly in the infrared zone.
Do not be swayed by the imposters -- Konica and Ilford!!!
