I have managed to get 87C custom made in Cokin-P size (83x83mm), as
well as many other colors (70, 89B, 88, 87, and working on 87B and
12). 
IMHO a much better solution than screw filters anyway....screw mounts 
are not made to be screwed on and off gazillions of times....and that 
is their fate in case of opaque filters, switching between 
composition and exposure. The only thing even more ergonomic is a 
thin filter behind the shutter, between the film rails.
Not glass, but the same material as Cokin, CR39.
Less than half the price, US$30.
Email me if you are interested (also in case of a filter between the 
film rails....there are much better solutions than vulnerable Wratten 
gelatine).
