Distance between sprocket holes is 60.0mm, not sure about actual
image height, for the Mamiya RB 70mm back it is 56x69.5mm, same as
for the ordinary 120/220 backs.
I guess only dedicated aerial cameras utilize the entire 60mm, if at 
all (2mm margin on each side wouldn't hurt).
